We are seeking a Female Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities in the spa, wellness, and healthcare sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Opportunities
Actively pursue new business opportunities for Premedion GmbH in the spa and wellness sectors. Identify and register with major clients across the Kingdom, maintaining an updated list of prospective clients, expressions of interest, and upcoming bids. - Supporting Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to the implementation of our overall business development strategy and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and promote the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales within the spa and wellness industry.
- Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven expertise in marketing, prospecting, networking, persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be residing in Riyadh.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
