As a Senior Cost Management Leader, you will be responsible for leading our Cost Management Team and providing expert guidance on cost management matters. You will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality cost management services and ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cost Management Team and provide expert guidance on cost management matters.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality cost management services.
  • Manage and coordinate cost management activities, including estimating, cost control, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18+ years of relevant working experience in cost management.
  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, or related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc).
  • FRICS (Beneficial).
  • Proactive, quality driven, self-motivated and hands-on team-leader with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
  • Experience in leading teams of professionals with a strength in growing and developing people.
