Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Officer - Offshore to join our team at Authentic Staffing Agency. This is a full-time employment opportunity in India, the USA, or the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective HSE strategies for offshore operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
  3. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of HSE practices into daily activities.
  4. Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  1. NEBOSH IGC certification.
  2. At least 5 years of offshore experience, with a minimum of 7 years of experience for a safety supervisor role.
  3. IOSH membership (can be obtained later).
  4. Middle East offshore experience, particularly in KSA.
  5. Ability to work offshore and adapt to changing environments.
  6. BOSIET OPITO OGUK medicals.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in operations and upstream EPCIC projects for major oil and gas operators.
  2. Knowledge of FPSO, FSO, topside, and deep water subsea marine/offshore operations.
  3. Experience with heavy lifts, jackets, and topside decks installation.
  4. Background in diving operations.
  5. Understanding of rigid and flexi pipelay, cable lay, shutdown, hook up, and commissioning.
  6. Experience with decommissioning of platforms activities.
  7. Knowledge of onshore facilities, fabrication yards, corporate offices, and refineries.
  8. Experience with deep water drilling and well completions rigs operations.
