Main Responsibilities
  • Create a memorable first impression by greeting and welcoming guests warmly
  • Effectively manage table assignments and guest flow
  • Present menus and share information on daily specials and promotions
  • Offer assistance with guest inquiries and provide insider knowledge on local attractions
  • Work closely with the culinary team and servers to maintain seamless service
  • Process transactions promptly and keep the reception area spotless
  • Respond to phone calls and coordinate to-go orders
  • Lend support to servers during peak periods as needed
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols
Necessary Qualifications
  • Proven track record in hospitality or related fields
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • English fluency required; Arabic or other language proficiency advantageous
