New Sourcing International (NSI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiatrist Consultant to join our team in the Rehabilitation Center.

Job Summary

The Physiatrist Consultant will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and rehabilitation services to assigned patients. This includes evaluating and supervising the rehabilitation of assigned patients to ensure they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate and Supervise Rehabilitation
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
Provide Medical Services
  • Provide high-quality medical care to assigned patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with Healthcare Team
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and engaged in their care.

Requirements

  1. Education
  • Must have a University Medical Degree or its equivalent.
Experience
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in Physiatry after obtaining board certificates or equivalent.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Must have current license to practice Physiatry in permanent place of residence.
  • Successful completion of Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
Others
  • Academic affiliation(s) is/are preferred.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English, preferably also in Arabic.
  • Must have good general health and be able to work extended hours under stress.
  • Must have the ability to cope with changing priorities, responsibilities, and demands.
