New Sourcing International (NSI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiatrist Consultant to join our team in the Rehabilitation Center.
Job Summary
The Physiatrist Consultant will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and rehabilitation services to assigned patients. This includes evaluating and supervising the rehabilitation of assigned patients to ensure they receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and Supervise Rehabilitation
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Supervise and monitor the progress of patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
- Provide high-quality medical care to assigned patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and engaged in their care.
Requirements
- Education
- Must have a University Medical Degree or its equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in Physiatry after obtaining board certificates or equivalent.
- Must have current license to practice Physiatry in permanent place of residence.
- Successful completion of Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
- Academic affiliation(s) is/are preferred.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English, preferably also in Arabic.
- Must have good general health and be able to work extended hours under stress.
- Must have the ability to cope with changing priorities, responsibilities, and demands.
