We are seeking a talented Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Sales Department, focusing on building strong relationships with key clients and driving sales success.

The successful candidate will possess experience in selling and presenting IT solutions across various domains, including Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, and IT Service Management Solutions.

Main Objectives
  • Drive sales success by collaborating with the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales activity coordination.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Create and update sales support materials, such as brochures and product catalogs.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Relevant experience in sales support or administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • CRM software proficiency or other sales-related tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales principles and techniques.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and internet research.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
