We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction technology department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders. You will ensure that BIM standards are adhered to and that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Process Development: Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate regular coordination meetings to ensure all project stakeholders are aligned on BIM objectives.
  • BIM Execution Plan Management: Manage the development and maintenance of the BIM execution plan.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies.
  • BIM Model Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality BIM models, including design coordination and clash detection.
  • Schedule and Timeline Management: Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines related to BIM activities.
  • BIM Integration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure the integration of BIM with other project management tools.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with BIM trends and technologies, ensuring the team adopts best practices.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and reports regarding BIM progress and outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies relating to BIM practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols, particularly ISO 19650.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
