Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE training programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE matters, including incident reporting and investigation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in HSE roles, with a minimum of 5 years in offshore operations.
• NEBOSH IGC certification and IOSH membership (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of implementing effective HSE programs and achieving compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
