Job Summary:

CureMed Tabsh Medical Centers is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist/System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/CS/COE and excellent technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and maintaining Windows Server/Domain Controller/Shared Server infrastructure.
  2. Configuring and troubleshooting low current devices (CCTV, Access door, Fingerprint/face scan).
  3. Providing technical support for Avaya IP system/call center/voicemail and generating reports as needed.
  4. Implementing and managing firewall security, including Sophos or other firewall appliances.
  5. Ensuring a deep understanding of ERP system functionality, with HMIS being a plus.
  6. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of network aspects, including switching and routing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/COE or equivalent courses and a fair understanding of ERP system functionality, with HMIS being a plus.
