Job Description

The role of the Corporate Compliance Officer is to oversee and manage the organization's Whistleblowing function, ensuring a safe and ethical working environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategy and Planning
  • Contribute to the development of Audit Planning & Quality Assurance business plan, aligning with ZATCA strategy.
  • Develop the operational plan for Whistleblowing in line with Audit Planning & Quality Assurance business plan and Internal Audit strategic plan.
  • Implement plans to achieve Whistleblowing goals that support ZATCA's overall strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and discuss budgeting requirements with top management.
  1. Investigation and Reporting
  • Manage the whistleblowing platform hotline, receiving and logging internal complaints.
  • Ensure escalation of reported violations and issues to relevant functions.
  • Promptly resolve high-risk violations through provision of necessary support.
Requirements

An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or equivalent, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with 3 years of managerial experience.
