Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Training Programs Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that align with our HR and business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis studies to identify training requirements and develop new or modify existing programs in collaboration with HR management and department heads.
  • Cultivate relationships with department heads and managers to ensure effective working relationships throughout the company.
  • Monitor staff performance by liaising with line managers and department heads, and supervise progress made through training programs or schemes.

Training Program Development:

  • Coordinate, develop, and create training programs tailored to targeted requirements, providing training that addresses business and personnel needs.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs, and participate in staff development initiatives using various methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, and workshops.

Staff Development and Support:

  • Collaborate with department heads to create the yearly training calendar, coordinating and scheduling trainings with suppliers and third-party providers.
  • Assist in preparing, booking, and quoting training programs, ensuring seamless execution.
