Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the logistics of our trading businesses. This role will involve ensuring seamless logistics operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Logistics Operations Management: Ensure efficient and effective logistics operations for all trading businesses.
  2. Inventory Management: Manage stock movements, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimal stockouts or overstocking.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the management of products to meet customer demands.
  5. Multisite Warehouse Management: Manage warehouses in different locations to optimize storage, transportation, and distribution.
  6. Transportation Management: Oversee company and outsourced transport management to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  7. HR Management: Provide department-level HR support to manage employee relations, training, and development.
  8. Client and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with clients and supply chain partners to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Warehouse Team Coordination: Departmental level coordination with warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
  10. Record Keeping and MIS Management: Maintain accurate records and manage systems to track inventory, sales, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  3. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics and inventory management software.
