Product Visionary

**Job Description:**

The Product Visionary will be responsible for developing and executing product visions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for designing innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute product visions that meet business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital product visions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and design excellence
• Manage product vision team backlogs, workloads, and priorities
• Conduct research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Mentor and coach designers to help them grow in their careers

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

• 10+ years of experience in product management with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience developing product visions for the automotive industry and embedded software/hardware products
• Experience leading consumer-facing product design for native iOS and Android apps
• A portfolio of your product design work is required
