Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Manager to lead our delivery teams at project level in the areas of quantity surveying (measurement, pricing). The successful candidate will oversee the provision of quantity surveying services in accordance with international industry practice.

The ideal candidate will act as an escalation point for technical related quantity surveying issues and provide functional oversight of all F&E inhouse Quantity Surveyors. They will also review and approve all cost-related submissions from the PMC and outsourced consultants.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Quantity Surveying or Engineering or Construction or equivalent degree
Key Responsibilities
  1. To manage and coordinate the quantity surveying activities within the project team
  2. To ensure accurate measurement and pricing of construction work
  3. To review and approve costing of value engineering proposals
  4. To provide technical approval of variations and liaise with A&P
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficient in using relevant software applications
