Join Our Finance Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team at Insights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the executive management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Transaction Management
  • Record, verify, consolidate, and enter financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by analyzing account information.
Accounts Receivable and Payables Management
  • Monitor and report collections from customers on a weekly basis, including customer aging analysis.
  • Generate and forward Statements of Account (SOA) to customers on a monthly basis for balance confirmation and reconciliation.
Treasury Management
  • Provide working capital management reporting to senior management for timely decision-making.
  • Perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Manage all collections and payments, maintain accounting records, and assist management in daily tasks.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly management reports by following agreed-upon financial statement structures and formats.
  • Reconcile statements and report discrepancies to management.
Team Leadership
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team.
  • Train and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture.
Tax Compliance
  • Prepare and review tax returns according to local Saudi Arabian laws.
  • Monitor and ensure timely tax payments.
  • Respond to queries from government bodies as needed.
General Accounting
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records, journals, and ledgers.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent Excel skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is beneficial.
Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant finalist or equivalent professional qualification with completed articles from a reputable firm.
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting and finance experience.
