Job SummaryPinnacle Solutions is seeking a skilled Powertrain-NDI Technician to work in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will perform unit-level maintenance on aircraft power train and rotor systems, ensuring the highest level of operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance on power train quills, transmissions, adapting parts, rotary wing hub, and tanks
- Disassemble, repair, reassemble, adjust, balance, and align power train and rotor components
- Apply corrosion preventative procedures and clean, preserve, and store power train and rotor components
- Use and perform operator maintenance on ground support equipment, common and special tools
- Maintain facilities for storage of returnable and hazardous materials
- Requisition and maintain shop and bench stock for repair of aircraft power train and rotor systems and subsystems
- Prepare requests for turn-in and repair parts for power train and rotor components
- Use common measuring tools, precision measuring tools, and alignment fixtures
- Eight (8) years' experience as an aircraft powertrain mechanic
- Successfully completed and qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces Powertrain course or civilian equivalent training
- Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, or similar aviation maintenance management system
- Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner
- Possess a valid state or Government-issued driver's license
- Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a US Citizen
- Military school trained
- Associate's degree preferred
- NDI Level II or higher preferred
This position requires 25% travel and is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
