Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with software developers to improve project deliverables through constructive feedback.
  • Analyze and track quality assurance metrics to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Lead deployment efforts and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products.
  • Propose solutions to enhance product quality and test processes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Quality Engineering Practices.
  • Create automation solutions for APIs, user interfaces, and other software components.
  • Communicate test results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile product team environment.
  • Proven experience in creating, executing, and reviewing results of functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing test automation & unit testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and diagnose software defects efficiently.
  • Experience with API automation, and familiarity with relevant tools.
  • Experience with multiple Automation Testing Tools and mainstream programming languages.
  • Practical application of testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with databases and data pipelines is a plus.
  • Experience in X-ray test management is a plus.
