Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused, motivated, and responsible Fire & Contents Crew Chief to join our team. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of Fire & Contents Technicians, communicating with project managers to ensure all customer needs are met, and performing services assigned following SERVPRO production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction of services by facilitating a positive customer experience.
  • Lead Technician Team: Communicate clear expectations to fire & content technicians and supervise activities.
  • Project Progress Communication: Communicate with project managers on project progress and issues.
  • Safety Hazard Identification: Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure safety of all.
  • Job Site Preparation: Prepare rooms/areas for cleaning and content storage activities.
  • Documentation: Document an accurate job file in Drybook and Contents Tracker.
  • Production Process Execution: Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order.
  • Clean-Up and Breakdown: Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma/GED.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Dedicated to world-class customer service.
  • Effective Oral Communication: Effective oral communication skills.
  • Experience: Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred.
  • Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
