The Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our technical team. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Your expertise in DevOps practices, technologies, and cloud infrastructure will ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our solutions.

  • Implement and manage overall infrastructure for internal and external applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance using Infrastructure as Code and best practices.
  • Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with developers, understanding requirements, and rolling out to Development, Staging, and Production departments.
  • Monitor and analyze internal and production systems, ensuring stability, performance, and capacity management, and recommending improvements wherever necessary.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to product performance, security, and consensus mechanisms.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve our infrastructure.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek an experienced, measured individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong team-player attitude. The ideal candidate should have experience in Public and Private Cloud technologies, Scripting Languages, and DevOps Automation practices.

  1. Proven track record as a DevOps Engineer in AWS/OCI, with a deep understanding of CI/CD, GitOps principles, and protocols.
  2. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Kustomize, Argo) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python).
  3. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining SQL and NoSQL database solutions using MongoDB, DocumentDB, MySQL/Postgres, RDS, Aurora.
  4. Expertise in observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Loki, and effectively integrating them to various applications and building dashboards.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
