We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Troubleshooter. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Your main responsibility will be to perform regular maintenance checks and tasks on KONE and Third-Party equipment, attending callouts for stoppages as necessary. You will also take immediate action in case of high-risk identification, applying the escalation procedure accordingly.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of quality and safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 10 years of experience within the elevators & escalators industry and a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
  2. Attend service calls and complete planned and unplanned repairs.
  3. Apply KONE policies and procedures to carry out activities.
  4. Take immediate action on site in case of high-risk identification.
  5. Identify and report new technical issues that could cause callouts or safety hazards.
  6. Solve complex technical issues using correct breakdown analysis procedures.
  7. Ensure end-user and site safety.
  8. Report work done accurately and on time.
