We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our infrastructure development team as the Client Interface and Design Review Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary interface with the Client and their stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional relationship at all times.
  • Track and report on the progress of design reviews, ensuring that all deadlines are met and any issues or delays are promptly addressed.
  • Manage change requests from the Client and their stakeholders, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Conduct design reviews in accordance with established protocols and procedures, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Review and approve design reviews conducted by other team members, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with the Client and their stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to identify and resolve any design issues or conflicts that may arise during the review process.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the design review process and make recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a design review or project management role with Water Infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple design review projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of design review processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience with change management and the ability to effectively manage and document changes throughout the design review process.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve design issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
