Job Summary:
KBR is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide technical support to our maintenance and operational teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all routine, preventive, and turnaround maintenance activities are conducted effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies: Define, manage, and review equipment maintenance strategies, develop maintenance procedures to support these strategies, and provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for all equipment as required.
- Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting: Participate in the Root Cause Analysis process for addressing Bad Actor lists, facilitate critical studies, and provide coaching and mentoring to other engineers capable of facilitating RCA studies. Provide support in developing new software.
- Action Tracking and Reporting: Ensure the development and maintenance of an effective action tracking system for Root Cause Analysis findings and recommendations, and report in case of discrepancies.
- Spare Part Management: Define spare part requirements for all Refinery equipment, employing Risk Based Maintenance and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) techniques.
- Audit and Compliance: Perform regular audits to ensure working capital is optimized, stock levels are maintained, and spares for obsolete equipment are removed in coordination with concerned personnel.
- Reliability and Performance Improvement: Participate in Total FORCE audits, Solomon Surveys, and other benchmarking exercises to ensure the SATORP reliability program focuses on the important issues to improve overall Refinery availability performance.
- Incident Tracking and HSE Compliance: Develop and follow up on the Incident tracking system. Ensure compliance with all HSE rules, encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions, and comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
