Job Summary:

This position supports the HR Manager in all aspects of day-to-day HR functions, including overseeing and maintaining employee service records, vacation clearance, ESB clearance, payroll preparation, GOSI data preparation, and updating additions and deletions of employees for the Social Insurance Program/Medical Insurance Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates payroll administration and ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the personnel section.
  • Provides guidance and counsel to company management on employee relations issues, including interpretation of company policies and labor law; ensuring consistency in application and compliance with company policy and procedures, and consultation with respective department managers.
  • Verifies the ESB and final settlement of staff before approval.
  • Handles all aspects of Medical Insurance – renewal, termination, addition, deletion, premiums, and claims.
  • Develops, creates, and generates HR reports and designs special reports as requested. Meets and attains all department goals.
  • Coordinates with the Insurance Company for the approval of treatments in line with policy if the case is rejected by the Insurance Company.
  • Issues employment certificates and appropriate documents accurately to employees based on requirements.
  • Handles the processing of BTA – Business Travel Authorization including maintaining records, processing for ticketing, reservation of hotels (if any), and submitting to finance for their payments of allowances.
  • Manages projects to achieve HR administrative and employee relation goals. Collaborates with management in other departments in organizing and coordinating projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Functional Skills:
    • Must possess computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the ability to learn systems and operations topics on an as-needed basis. Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
    • Good knowledge of Kingdom's labor law.
    • Saudi national is a must.
