Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Studio Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervising front desk staff and coordinating with personal trainers.
- Managing member communications and resolving concerns promptly.
- Coordinating private training appointments and maintaining client schedules.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance studio efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in fitness facility or studio management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Proven problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Experience with studio management software (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
