Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement and Refine Brand Elements

    • Adapt existing brand guidelines to various applications, ensuring consistent look and feel.

    • Collaborate with consultants, IT teams, and stakeholders to unify brand visuals across internal and client-facing channels.

  2. Create Engaging Visual Assets

    • Design layouts, infographics, iconography, and other graphic elements for reports, social media, and marketing campaigns.

    • Simplify complex data or strategic concepts into appealing, easy-to-understand visuals.

  3. Support Internal and External Communications

    • Develop polished presentation decks, executive briefs, and promotional materials that reflect Araamis's strategic focus.

    • Contribute to digital content creation (e.g., LinkedIn posts, event banners) that aligns with our brand's visual identity.

  4. Collaborate and Innovate

    • Work closely with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and stay aligned with project goals.

    • Explore new design trends, techniques, and tools—continuously improving Araamis's visual storytelling.

  5. Ensure Quality and Consistency

    • Maintain high standards for all creative outputs, monitoring design coherence across multiple projects.

    • Propose improvements to current design processes, asset management, and brand application strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    • Experience designing brand identities and applying brand guidelines across diverse media (print, web, mobile, social).

  • Portfolio and Creativity: Showcase visually striking work demonstrating mastery of layout, typography, color, and brand systems.
