Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Almoosa Specialist Hospital. As a key member of our laboratory services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accurate collection and processing of blood samples.

• Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
• Process and prepare blood samples for laboratory testing
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to maintain high-quality patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on laboratory procedures and best practices

• BS Degree or Diploma in Medical Technology Phlebotomy or equivalent
• Successful completion of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health requirements for licensure
• Two years of experience in laboratory services
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of laboratory information systems
• Experience with quality control and quality improvement initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
