We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth in our Service Providers account in Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Becoming a trusted advisor to your customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Developing and owning the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive business solutions.
- Implementing sales strategies to meet agreed targets and timescales, ensuring sales success.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Delivering accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development reports.
- Anticipating changes in market, customer needs, and requirements that impact revenue targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A strong technical background or extensive knowledge of Cisco and/or competitive technologies to effectively present solutions.
- Mastery in building trusted customer relationships with technical decision-makers and businesses.
- Sense for business, flexibility, and instincts to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Arabic languages.
