We are looking for a highly skilled Designer Architect to lead our design team and take charge of multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. He or she must have extensive experience in architectural design, particularly in hospitality, F&B, and residential projects.

Responsibilities include developing creative and innovative design solutions, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting design concepts, and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  2. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on hospitality, F&B, and residential.
  3. Proven experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  7. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  8. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  9. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
