Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive Unilever's Deos strategy in Saudi Arabia. Using breakthrough thinking, consumer, brand, and customer understanding, you will create a clear and ambitious growth vision and strategy for the assigned portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead innovation, renovation, and saving projects with project teams and other functional teams to bring products to market on time, including creating winning trade stories for 2025 and onwards.
- Drive business accountability, competitive growth, and profitability targets for the brands.
- Co-create the strategy and eight-quarter plans of the brands, focusing on trends and business objectives.
- Work closely with agency partners and global teams to ensure the category becomes #unstoppable by always having outstanding brand communication and activation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring saliency through consistent and relevant communication.
- Collaborate with media and digital marketing and commerce teams to plan and execute and optimize media plans for relevant categories.
- Co-lead the profit-and-loss (P&L) of the category in Saudi Arabia.
- Other Deos category-wide responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
- Three to five years' experience in brand management in FMCG or beauty industry.
- Marketing skills, including brand development and performance analysis.
- Rigor to navigate complex environments full of opportunities.
- A personal ambition to succeed, guided by a strong inner game.
- An obsessive focus on consumer intimacy and immersion in the world of consumers, understanding their current needs and curiosity about future needs.
- A high growth mindset, with a love for consumers, shoppers, and customers.
- Excellent communication channel management, with integrated programs of brand communication in the most cost-effective way.
- Media savvy, particularly in digital marketing and know-how.
- Proficiency with digital ecosystems.
