The Academic Coach will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide targeted support and guidance, helping students overcome academic challenges and reach their full potential.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist students in developing self-reliance, productivity, and critical thinking skills through personalized support and guidance.
  2. Create opportunities for children to engage in meaningful learning experiences, leveraging research-based strategies to enhance reading, spelling, and writing abilities.
  3. Use Continuous Behavioral Monitoring (CBM) to assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
  4. Observe students in the classroom and school setting, making accommodations and modifications as needed to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  5. Provide one-on-one sessions with students focusing on Arabic and math skills, while also incorporating targeted interventions to address individual needs.
  6. Develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and written reports for parents, ensuring a collaborative approach to student success.
  7. Maintain accurate records of student progress, using data to inform instructional decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Foster positive relationships with parents, providing recommendations for home and school support to ensure a seamless transition between settings.
  9. Maintain a clean and safe therapy area, adhering to all CARF standards and regulations.
  10. Leverage technology to facilitate communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring seamless implementation of instructional plans.
  11. Work effectively as part of a team, designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs.
  12. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the ABC Center's policies and procedures.
