Key Responsibilities- Gather and Analyze Business Requirements
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements. This will involve conducting comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop Business Requirements DocumentsYou will develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other documentation as needed to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT TeamsYou will work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This will involve participating in the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions, loan products, and corporate banking services.
Conduct User Acceptance TestingYou will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Provide Support and TrainingYou will provide support during the implementation phase, including user training, change management, and post-implementation support.
Requirements- Education
You must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related field.
ExperienceYou must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, preferably with a local bank in Saudi Arabia.
Skills and QualificationsYou must have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Language SkillsProficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal, is preferred.
Knowledge and ExperienceYou must have knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous.
