We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This role involves managing customer accounts receivables and collaborating with customers to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing credit management, collection, and dispute resolution processes.

  2. Analyzing dispute root causes and implementing corrective actions.

  3. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes.

  4. Developing and implementing effective collection strategies.

  5. Building strong relationships with customers and resolving issues efficiently.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is also highly valued.
