Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized QA Engineer to conduct inspections and repairs at site against warranty claims/customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in repairing electrical equipment at site/factory premises.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and conduct inspections and repairs at site against warranty claims/customer complaints.
  2. Carry out inspection/programming activities related to Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs).
  3. Verify the program (logic/control, protection signal lists) and upload the program in all Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs).
  4. Download the required or latest software of all IEDs used in the project (Accelerator, QuickSEL, GE EnerVista, Siemens).
  5. Integrate/operate the programs created according to the requirements such as SLD, TLD, Schematic Drawings for actual/intended operation of the equipment.
  6. Maintain Warranty Services Vehicles & tools; plan, monitor, and maintain test instruments and equipment in use.
  7. Comply with the ISO/QMS/Safety requirements.
Requirements:
  1. B.Sc of Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in QA/Production/Design from a reputed firm engaged in manufacturing of Switchgear, Substations, LV Panels, etc.
  3. Experience in repairing electrical equipment at site/factory premises.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
