We are on the hunt for an exceptionally skilled Indian Pastry Expert to join our team at a leading Indian restaurant in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Pastry Expert, you will craft and present delectable Indian desserts and pastries that consistently impress our discerning customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and create a diverse array of Indian desserts and pastries, blending traditional flavors with modern flair
• Oversee inventory management of pastry supplies and ensure timely reordering to maintain optimal stock levels
• Develop and implement effective training programs for junior pastry chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to conceptualize menus and specials that spotlight unique Indian desserts
• Maintain immaculate workspace conditions, adhering to rigorous food safety regulations

Necessary Credentials:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Indian Pastry Expert in a reputable Indian cuisine setting
• In-depth familiarity with traditional Indian desserts and pastries, as well as contemporary pastry trends
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to execute complex recipes accurately
• Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional quality standards
