About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Sales Manager to join our team at Merge Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and proactively acquiring new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate customers and proactively acquire new ones
  • Set and achieve sales and profitability targets by client in line with overall business objectives
  • Develop and manage sales reports on weekly/monthly/semiannually/annually
  • Accountable for achieving overall yearly sales target for both corporate and retail
  • Manage all CRM activities and ensure weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets are met
  • Actively sell products and services offered by the firm to corporate/household clients
  • Manage a team of sales consultants for corporate/SME segments
  • Manage the performance of the kingdom-wide sales branches
  • Identify manpower needs of the client and work with talent pool management/recruitment consultants to prepare offers/proposals and negotiate terms with the client
  • Present proposals to relevant committee to obtain approval on the terms according to the delegation matrix

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business; MBA is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
