Job Description:

At Experts Vision Consulting | EVC, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and consulting, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing project documentation, including project charters, stakeholder management, and technical proposals (RFP, RFI).
* Coordinating with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and execution plans.
* Overseeing data management and content structuring based on industry taxonomies.
* Tracking and reporting project risks, issues, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Preparing and analyzing dashboards and reports for executive leadership and governance boards.
* Ensuring data quality and implementing Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) measures.
* Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless project execution within set timelines.
* Supporting financial analysis, budget planning, and resource allocation for projects.
* Contributing to the development of strategic and operational plans for the sector.
* Leading consulting engagements, providing actionable recommendations for business improvement.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Certifications: PMP certification (preferred).
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related domain.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Experience with Microsoft Project.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Language: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
* Availability: Immediate availability to join is preferred.
