About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team at Experts in Tech. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Odoo modules and customizations based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Create innovative solutions for our clients by designing and developing Odoo modules and customizations.
  2. Integration and Troubleshooting: Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs, and troubleshoot and debug Odoo issues to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, and communicate effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Code Reviews and Best Practices: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, and stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
  5. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Odoo development.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, solid understanding of Odoo's architecture and module development, and experience with Odoo version 13-17.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. DevOps Experience: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
  2. Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  3. Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source Odoo projects or modules.
  4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Odoo Functional or Technical Certification.
