Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design, execute, and monitor HSE strategies to mitigate risks and promote a healthy work environment.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to inspect HSE standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to embed HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness about HSE issues and best practices.
  6. Supervise the HSE team and provide guidance on HSE matters.
  7. Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance to senior management.
  8. Maintain knowledge of local and international HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
  9. Act as the company's representative in interactions with regulatory agencies and during HSE inspections or audits.
  10. Analyze HSE data to inform decision-making and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant HSE certifications such as CSP or CMIOSH.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience managing HSE programs, preferably in industrial or construction sectors.
  • Expertise in HSE systems, risk evaluation methods, and incident reporting protocols.
  • Strong understanding of national and international HSE regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and safety standards is highly desirable.
