Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Collector to join our team. As a Data Collector, you will play a crucial role in obtaining accurate details from car sellers and uploading those details to our classifieds platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect and Verify Vehicle Information: Collect detailed information from car sellers regarding the vehicles they wish to list on our platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry.
  2. Communicate with Sellers: Communicate with sellers to obtain any missing or unclear details about their vehicles, ensuring a smooth listing process.
  3. Quality Control: Verify and validate information provided by sellers to ensure quality and accuracy, maintaining a high level of data accuracy and quality control in all listings.
  4. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with the customer support team to address any issues or inquiries related to listings, working collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  5. Meet Performance Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to listing efficiency and accuracy, continuously optimizing and streamlining the listing process for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of client servicing and data entry/survey experience in the field.
  3. Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate online platforms.
  4. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role, an advanced understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle specifications.
