Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Island Buggy Driver to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our client's transportation services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences in the tourism industry.

• Transportation Services: Operate buggies in a professional manner, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Guest Interaction: Maintain a cheerful, helpful, and friendly attitude towards colleagues, on-island staff, and guests alike, and provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with passengers, staff, and management to provide seamless service, and handle any passenger complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Logistics: Assist with luggage, baby strollers, and other items as required, and perform porter/baggage handling duties as needed.
• Maintenance: Ensure that all buggies are kept well maintained and clean at all times, and report any technical faults to the Site Supervisor.
• Safety: Follow all safety rules when driving the buggy, and drive with utmost care to ensure the safety of passengers and other guests.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Education: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Ideally 5 years of experience driving a vehicle of a similar class, and experience in a similar role and/or within guest services at a major hotel group or hotel management company is preferred.
• Skills: Possess strong communication skills, ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally, and physical ability to help passengers load and unload luggage.
