The Job

This role involves providing critical support to our Plant Controller and Operations team. Key duties include managing reports, analyzing inventory, participating in physical counts, reconciling variances, tagging assets, reporting periodically, and connecting with our Global Business Services (GBS) team.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar Plant role.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, preferably with an accountancy qualification.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP is essential.
  • You should be able to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, especially advanced features.
