About This Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner Manager. You will play a critical role in partnering with our Customer Growth and Legal teams to deliver HR excellence in talent attraction, retention, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and development.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. You will become a strong cross-functional HR partner with Business Unit marketing HRBPs, building and maintaining a strong leadership team through coaching, mentoring, and development at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of HR experience in matrix and dynamic environments
  • Previous HR business partner experience with a proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and driving data-driven decision-making
  • Change management, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and facilitation experience
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels with proven success in building strong relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems
