About the Role

The Regulatory Compliance Expert will play a critical role in guaranteeing that our business practices and transactions comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal standards. This position requires a high level of expertise in risk management and regulatory affairs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts in identifying and assessing compliance risks to the organization, ensuring proper evaluation of their potential impacts.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs, reviewing company policies and advising on possible risks.
  • Manage key compliance areas including KYC, client relations procedures, client complaints, code of conduct and ethics, incident and complaint reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or other related field - Masters preferred.
  • CCO Certified compliance officer is a big plus.
