Job Summary

The Digital Risk Consultant will support the implementation of the Group Information Security roadmap and Management System (ISMS) within the Business Area at ASSYSTEM. This individual will be responsible for collaborating closely with the local IT team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of Information Security initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Local IT Team: Work closely with the local IT staff to support the implementation of the Information Security roadmap and ISMS.
  2. Ensure Compliance: Support monitoring of adherence to ASSYSTEM group rules and local regulations.
  3. Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential security risks within the Business Area and support in implementing controls and measures to mitigate risks and protect data.
  4. Incident Management: Support the management of Information Security incidents, helping the team in conducting root cause analysis and supporting corrective actions to resolve issues.
  5. Tendering and Project Support: Assist project managers and business units in the tendering process, ensuring information security considerations are included in the project planning and execution phases.
  6. Training and Awareness: Help in organizing and delivering basic Information Security training and awareness sessions to employees.
  7. Audit and Surveillance: Support in the planning and conducting of Information Security audits within the Business Area.

Required Skills

  • Information Security Knowledge: Understanding of Information Security best practices and principles.
  • Security Frameworks: Familiarity with security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar.
  • Cybersecurity Skills: Experience with KSA cybersecurity regulations, including Essential Cybersecurity Controls and Data Management and Governance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with senior colleagues and contribute to task completion.
