Asterix Communications is seeking a highly skilled Surveying Engineer - GIS Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of geospatial projects.

• Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage project plans, including setting annual goals and preparing estimated budgets.
• Project Supervision and Progress Monitoring: Oversee the execution of engineering projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Design Review and Approval: Review and approve project schemes and quantities, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operational Planning and Performance Measurement: Develop and implement operational plans, track progress, and measure results, outputs, and indicators.
• Field Visits and Site Inspections: Conduct regular field visits to ensure projects are progressing as planned and identify potential issues.
• Contract Review and Approval: Review and approve contracts and extracts, ensuring they align with company policies and procedures.
• Technical Development and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and implement new methods and procedures to improve project delivery.
• GIS Program Development and Mapping: Develop and implement GIS programs, producing high-quality maps and spatial data.

• Experience: 6 years of experience in GIS programs and produce maps.
• Certifications: Engineer certified by the Saudi Council of Engineers and PMP certification in Project Management.
