Job Overview

The Trade Operations Executive role at Tricon Switzerland SA in Riyadh involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of physical trades, including managing product movement, documentation, and payment flows between customers, suppliers, and freight providers.

You will work closely with internal departments to align financial, credit, and compliance requirements while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless trade execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the end-to-end execution of physical trades.
  2. Manage product movement, documentation, and payment flows.
  3. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate ERP records.
  5. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize performance.
  7. Negotiate rates with third-party logistics and inspection service providers.
  8. Communicate shipment details with local and international teams.
  9. Manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure effective bulk chemicals trade operations.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in English.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, or related business field (required).
  3. Experience working in an ERP system (preferred).
  4. 2 years' experience in logistics or physical commodity movements (preferred).
  5. Knowledge of Incoterms, Import/Export Procedures & Documents (preferred).
  6. Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
  7. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines on a timely basis with high degree of accuracy.
  9. Microsoft Office competence, advanced skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  10. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to communicate complex issues in simple, clear, concise manner with internal and external clients.
  11. Ability to effectively work as part of a team.
