Job Description

As a Senior Planning and Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring detailed project schedules using scheduling software to ensure all project phases are completed on time.

You will timely review the allocation of resources to ensure efficient availability of personnel, materials, and equipment as per project requirements.

  1. Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  2. Design and maintain a real-time project dashboard that provides stakeholders with key performance indicators such as project progress, resource usage, and risk assessments.
  3. Prepare and present regular progress reports that include schedule status, critical path analysis, variance reports, and earned value analysis.
  4. Create and maintain an incident report template that captures any project delays, risks, or unexpected issues.

You will collaborate closely with contractors to ensure alignment and smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate records of all planning activities, updates, and changes to project schedules, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
