Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements in HR operations and strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding processes, managing visas and Iqamas for expatriates, government HR-related portals, and HR data analysis.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
