This role requires deep expertise in Agile program delivery, cloud transformation, DevOps enablement, and system integration—specifically within the health insurance sector.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic executor who can align cross-functional teams to business goals and drive delivery excellence across technology and business landscapes.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional programs involving cloud transformation, Agile delivery, DevOps implementation, and systems integration (ERP, EHR, APIs, Middleware).
  • Drive Agile ceremonies and delivery across hybrid teams (PI Planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, etc.).
  • Ensure end-to-end alignment between infrastructure, architecture, product, and security stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and multi-workstream timelines with precision.
  • Serve as a central coordination hub between DevOps, cloud architects, business leads, and external vendors.
  • Support DevOps and Agile enablement practices including CI/CD, IaC, and release automation.
  • Monitor KPIs/OKRs to evaluate project health, delivery impact, and business value realization.
  • Prepare and present executive dashboards, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
