Job Summary

The Intercompany Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of intercompany billings and payments, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record intercompany transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing ERP system functionality.
  • Partner with affiliate companies to resolve discrepancies and ensure alignment of payable and receivable balances.
  • Develop and implement effective payment plans and vouchers, streamlining clearance processes.
  • Conduct regular balance sheet account reconciliations and aging analyses, driving improvements and corrective actions.
  • Investigate and document outstanding intercompany billings and payments, providing actionable insights.
  • Promote efficiency in Accounts Payable processing for third-party vendors, applying expertise and capacity when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; relevant experience an asset.
